I’d like to share with you another (food related and) interesting (2011) documentary I watched, called: “Forks over knives” .
A synopsis of the documentary:
“Forks over knives examines the profound claim that most, if not all, of the degenerative diseases that afflict us can be controlled, or even reversed, by rejecting our present menu of animal-based and processed foods. The major storyline in the film traces the personal journeys of a pair of pioneering yet under-appreciated researchers, professor of nutritional biochemistry Dr. T. Colin Campbell and American physician Dr. Caldwell Esselstyn.”

I searched high and low to find a website that streamed the documentary online and I finally stumbled upon this link. I’m not sure how long this link will be available, so if you are reading this at a moment in time when the movie has been taken offline, you can either watch it on Netflix or purchase the DVD.
